I have been over weight for several years. I have always wanted to loose weight, but was not dedicated enough.  After trying the Idiot Proof Diet , I learned that it was alot easier  to loose the weight than I though it would have been. I just did what the idiot proof diet generator and handbook told me to do and dropped the weight I always wanted to.

I want to say thank you to the Idiot Proof Diet for all the weight I have lost.  I come from a very small town and have tried all the diets that are offered here, but then I was talking to one of my girlfriends and she metion to me that she had ordered the idiot proof diet online and she had lost 12 pounds. 

 

After that I was very confident that I would be able to loose the weight I have always wanted too and sure enough I did. I have lost 10 pounds in just a couple of months and the weight has stayed off. I asure you if I can loose the weight you will to.
