I have always wanted to loose weight, but was not dedicated enough.  After trying the Idiot Proof Diet , I learned that it was alot easier  to loose the weight than I though it would have been. I just did what the idiot proof diet generator and handbook told me to do and dropped the weight I always wanted to.

After that I was very confident that I would be able to loose the weight I have always wanted too and sure enough I did. I have lost 10 pounds in just a couple of months and the weight has stayed off. I asure you if I can loose the weight you will to.
